How you’ll set up a keyword

Moving from ChatPlace

Move your flow, checking every step

Save your current automation settings

Record keywords, selected posts, messages, links, follower checks and delays. ChatPlace conversation history and flow diagrams aren’t imported automatically.

Connect Instagram and fill in the wizard

Under “Automation”, choose “Keyword in comments or DMs” and copy your conditions and messages. On the last step, turn off “Turn on now” so the new flow doesn’t reply alongside the old one.

Switch one flow

Disable the matching ChatPlace automation, then enable the prepared ETOCHATBOT flow. Test the keyword from another account, the follower check and the link. Resolve missing replies before moving other flows.

Check repeat replies, then return to posting

Check that people get one reply, repeat comments behave as intended and the resource is accessible. Keep your old settings until checks are complete. To switch back, disable the new flow first.

Keywords and content AI serve different tasks

Both services must follow Instagram limits: one initial private reply to a comment, then further messages only after the person responds and within the permitted window. Moving doesn’t allow broadcasts to every follower.

ChatPlace history and flows aren’t imported automatically. Transfer your settings manually; don’t expect a migrated contact base for cold Instagram messages.

How do I prevent duplicate replies?

Prepare the new flow disabled. Turn off the old ChatPlace automation, then enable the new one here. Test one post and one keyword before switching the others.
