The essentials
ETOCHATBOT is a web service that lets you manage conversations across supported messaging platforms from one interface. By signing up and using the service, you agree to these terms.
We're a Russian service, registered as a personal data operator in the Roskomnadzor Register under number 16-25-027399. We operate in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and other applicable Russian laws.
We try to write in plain language — without legalese where it's not strictly needed. If anything's unclear, write to us at info@etochat.bot and we'll explain.
1. Who and for whom
The ETOCHATBOT service is provided by sole proprietor Dmitry Yuryevich Kiselev (taxpayer ID 165720128759, state registration number OGRNIP 323169000141965), hereinafter — the "Service", "we", "our". Full details are on the Operator details page.
A user of the service ("User", "you") can be either an individual aged 18 or older, or a sole proprietor or legal entity. When you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. Registration and account
Registration is free. To create an account, you provide a valid email address and choose a password.
- One person or organization — one account. Creating multiple accounts to get around plan limits is not allowed.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any actions taken under your account.
- If you spot suspicious activity, change your password right away and let us know at info@etochat.bot.
3. What's allowed in the service
The service is built for legitimate communication with customers and users. You can:
- Connect supported bots and work on real conversations.
- Invite teammates and assign permissions.
- Send broadcasts to customers who opted in.
- Use the API to integrate with your systems.
- Use the service commercially, including to deliver services to your own customers.
4. What's prohibited
You can't use the service for:
- Spam and unwanted broadcasts. Detailed rules are in the Anti-spam policy. Messages are sent only to people who reached out first or opted in.
- Fraud, phishing, deception. This includes "giveaways", "investment schemes", impersonating brands, and similar tactics.
- Breaches of Russian law, including promoting extremism, trading prohibited goods, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Breaches of the rules of messaging platforms and other channels the service runs through. If such a platform files a complaint, the account may be suspended without a refund.
- Technical attacks: hacking attempts, DDoS, scraping, bypassing service API limits.
- Sharing access with third parties without your knowledge and control.
- Use by minors under 18 (see the Age policy).
Breaching these clauses gives us the right to block the account without prior notice and delete the related data. To report abuse, use /abuse.
5. Plans and payment
After signing up, the User gets a one-time "Premium trial": 7 days of free Premium use with a limit of 30 AI tokens; you activate it with a button in your dashboard, and it's granted once per User profile. There are two paid plans: Plus — RUB 990/month per bot (no AI agent and no AI tokens), and Premium — RUB 1 590/month per bot (includes the AI agent and 500 AI tokens per month; extra AI tokens — RUB 1,25 per token; purchased extra AI tokens carry over to the next month as long as the Premium subscription stays active). The plan price is fixed per bot and doesn't depend on the number of bots on the account. When the trial ends and there's no payment, the bot is paused until the plan is paid for. The current conditions are on the Plans page.
- We accept payments via card acquirer (Visa / Mastercard / MIR) or by invoice for legal entities.
- Detailed payment, refund, and cancellation conditions are described in the Public offer.
- Plan prices may change. If a change affects a period you've already paid for, you keep using the service at the old price until that period ends.
6. Your data and content rights
You remain the full owner of your data: message text, media, customer contacts, and so on. We don't use this data for advertising and don't share it with third parties, except in the cases described in the Privacy policy.
When you connect external channels, you agree that we'll store access keys and message history in encrypted form so the service can work. Protection measures are listed in the Security measures page.
For processing data of end customers (people who write to your bot), separate terms apply in the Data processing agreement (DPA): you remain the operator of their personal data, and we act as a processor on your instructions.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability (target — 99.9% per month). That said, the following can happen:
- Scheduled maintenance (we let you know in advance via our support chat and email).
- Outages and failures at infrastructure providers.
- Outages at the external messaging platforms and channels the service runs through.
An individual SLA with fixed compensation for downtime is possible under a separate agreement — let's talk one-on-one.
8. Limitation of liability
We make the service as reliable as we can, but we can't guarantee it fits all your needs or generates revenue. The service is provided "as is".
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any losses is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
9. Stopping use of the service
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, go to /panel/profile or follow the Data deletion guide. After deletion, we keep the data for 30 days (in case you change your mind), and then we delete it for good.
We reserve the right to stop serving a User in case of a material breach of these terms, with 14 days' notice (except in cases listed in section 4 — those are without notice).
On termination, refunds are processed under the Refund policy and the Public offer.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we give 14 days' notice — by email and in your dashboard. If the new terms don't work for you, you can terminate the agreement and receive a refund for the unused period.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We resolve disputes through correspondence first — write to info@etochat.bot. If we can't reach an agreement, the dispute goes to a court at the Service's location.
12. Contacts
