Our mission

Why we build this

After 2022 the Russian market lost most of the familiar tools for talking to customers: some services pulled out, others are blocked or only work through VPNs, and most "domestic alternatives" are either bulky or cost as much as a junior salary.

We’re a small team in Russia. We used to handle customer conversations across half a dozen messengers, switching tabs all day, losing messages, mixing up replies. So we built ETOCHATBOT — one dashboard where every customer from every messenger sits in a single window, with no developer required.

We listen to customers right away: support replies in a Telegram chat, not through a ticket queue. Early on, the engineers often answer themselves — and fix what isn't working on the spot.
