Can I try it for free?
Yes, in two ways. When you sign up you get a Premium trial for 7 days — full Premium with 30 AI tokens to test it out. When the trial ends, the bot automatically moves to the free Starter plan — up to 50 conversations a month, no card and no auto-charges.
What's included on the free plan?
One bot, up to 50 new conversations a month, and 1 basic flow (a welcome screen or menu, say). The AI agent and AI assist are off — you can turn them on by upgrading to Premium. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
How does Plus differ from Premium?
Just one thing: AI. Plus (990 ₽/mo) is the full product without limits — unlimited conversations and flows, team, broadcasts, all modules, analytics, API. Premium (1 590 ₽/mo) is the same, plus the AI agent, AI assist, and 500 AI tokens a month.
Do team, broadcasts, and modules come with Plus?
Yes, all of it is included in Plus with no limits. Operator team, broadcasts on Telegram and MAX, add-on modules (online booking, CRM integrations, and so on), advanced analytics, API and webhooks — everything is available. The only thing Plus doesn't have is the AI.
What happens when the trial ends?
The bot doesn't get turned off — we automatically move it to the free Starter plan (up to 50 conversations a month) so you can take your time deciding whether to upgrade to Plus/Premium or stay on free. All conversations and settings are kept.
Can I pay for a year up front?
Yes. Paying for 12 months gets a −20% discount. You pick the period right in the checkout widget in the dashboard. Monthly billing is fine too — no feature differences.
How much does a second (or third) bot cost?
One bot — one plan. Pricing is fixed and the same for every bot: Plus is 990 ₽/mo, Premium is 1 590 ₽/mo. Different bots can be on different plans — pay monthly or yearly.
Do unused AI tokens roll over?
Tokens you buy on top of the plan roll over as long as Premium is active. The 500 tokens included in the plan don't roll over to the next month — they reset every month.
Can I activate the trial again?
No. The Premium trial is tied to your profile and is granted once — regardless of how many bots you connect. The free Starter plan, on the other hand, is always available.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel or switch in one click in the dashboard. The service keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the bot automatically moves to the free Starter plan — customers don't get left without an answer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and MIR via the CloudPayments acquirer. Monthly billing — saved card. Yearly billing — single payment, no auto-renewals.
What if the service isn't a fit for me?
If you've paid for a subscription and haven't used the service yet — we refund the full amount within 3 days of payment. After that, a pro-rata refund for the unused period applies (Article 32 of the Consumer Protection Law). Details are in our
