Can I try it for free?
Yes, in two ways. After signing up, you get a Premium trial for 3 days, with full Premium features and 30 AI replies to try. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the free Starter plan with up to 50 conversations a month. No card or automatic charges.
What’s included in the free plan?
One account, up to 50 new conversations a month and 1 basic flow, such as a greeting or menu. The AI agent and AI assistant are disabled; upgrade to Premium to use them. Telegram channel posts and comments are unavailable on Starter and included from Plus onwards. Your limit resets on day 1 of each month.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation means a person who messages you for the first time that month. Later messages from that person and bot replies don’t count as separate conversations. Starter allows up to 50 people a month, resetting on day 1 of each month. Conversations are unlimited on Plus and Premium.
How does Plus differ from Premium?
Only in AI. Plus (19,99 €/month) is the full product with no usage limits: unlimited conversations and flows, team access, broadcasts, all modules, analytics and API. Premium (34,99 €/month) adds an AI agent, AI assistant, AI for Telegram posts and 500 AI replies a month.
Does Plus include team access, broadcasts and modules?
Yes, all of these are included in Plus with no limits. You get a team of operators, Telegram broadcasts, Telegram channel posts and comments, additional modules such as appointment booking and CRM integrations, advanced analytics, API and webhooks. AI is the only feature unavailable on Plus.
What’s unlimited on Plus and Premium?
Conversations, contacts, flows, keywords, posts and comments have no limits. Only the platforms’ own rules apply. For example, on Instagram a bot can reply within 24 hours of someone’s message. Accounts are priced separately: each connected account needs its own plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the free Starter plan with up to 50 conversations a month, so you have time to decide whether to upgrade to Plus or Premium or stay on the free plan. All conversations and settings are kept.
Can I pay for a full year?
Yes. Pay for 12 months at once for a 20% discount. Select your billing period in the dashboard’s payment widget. Monthly billing is also available, with the same features.
Do I pay separately for each account?
Yes. Each plan covers one connected account: an Instagram profile, Telegram bot or website. The price is the same for each: Plus costs 19,99 €/month and Premium costs 34,99 €/month. Two Instagram accounts need two plans; Instagram and Telegram also need two. Accounts can use different plans, billed monthly or yearly.
Do unused AI replies carry over?
Additional AI replies you buy carry over while Premium is active. The 500 AI replies included in your plan don’t carry over; your allowance renews each month.
Can I start another free trial?
No. Your Premium trial is linked to your user profile and is available only once, regardless of how many accounts you connect. The free Starter plan is always available.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel or change your plan in one click in the dashboard. The service keeps working until your paid period ends. Your account then moves to the free Starter plan, so customers can still get replies.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards through CloudPayments. Monthly payments use your saved card. Yearly billing is a single payment with no automatic renewals.
Can I pay as a business?
Yes. Contact support from the dashboard. We’ll explain how a company or sole trader can pay and which documents you’ll receive.
What if the service isn’t right for me?
If you paid for a subscription but haven’t used the service, it is fully refundable during the 3 days after payment. After that, refunds for unused time follow Article 32 of Russia’s Consumer Protection Law. See our
