What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They help recognize you when you come back, keep your login session active, and remember your preferences. Below we describe which cookies ETOCHATBOT uses and on what basis.
Alongside cookies, the service uses similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB. This Policy applies to them in full.
1. Categories of cookies we use
1.1. Strictly necessary (technical)
The service can't work without these cookies. They don't require separate consent because they're set to perform the contract with you (clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of 152-FZ).

1.2. Analytics
We use Yandex.Metrica (operated by Yandex LLC; its servers are located in the Russian Federation, so there is no cross-border transfer) to understand which pages and features are most useful. It collects visited page URLs, the referrer, click maps, the visitor's IP address, and session recordings (Webvisor), which are processed by Yandex on its Russian servers. Session recording is disabled on pages that display personal data or payment details (conversations, contacts, subscribers, billing).

You can opt out of analytics in "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or by blocking these cookies in your browser. We do not place advertising pixels and do not build advertising profiles.
1.3. Marketing / advertising
Not used. The service does not place advertising pixels, is not integrated with ad networks, and does not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
1.4. Third-party services
Marketing pages may load third-party resources (CDN-hosted fonts and icons). These may set their own cookies on first load. We try to pick privacy-friendly options, and you can opt out in your browser settings at any time.
2. Managing cookies
At any time you can:
- Open "Cookie settings" in the site footer and change your choice for the "Analytics" category.
- Clear cookies in your browser settings. After clearing, strictly necessary cookies will be set again on your next sign-in — otherwise the service can't authenticate you.
- Block all cookies in your browser settings. In that case, some features (sign-in, saved preferences) won't be available.

3. Policy changes
Material changes take effect 14 calendar days after publication, with notice through the cookie banner or the User's email. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the document.
