By registering for ETOCHATBOT, you voluntarily give the Operator consent to process your personal data in line with Part 1, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", on the terms described below.
1. Operator
The personal data operator is sole proprietor Dmitry Yuryevich Kiselev, taxpayer ID 165720128759, state registration number (OGRNIP) 323169000141965, registered address: 25 Chetaev St., Kazan, 420126, Russia (the "Operator"). The Operator is listed in the Roskomnadzor Register of Personal Data Operators under registration number 16-25-027399.

2. Categories of personal data
Within the service, the Operator processes the following data of the data subject:
- Full name (if provided).
- Email address.
- Mobile phone number (if provided).
- Payment details to the extent passed on by the acquiring bank (card type, last 4 digits).
- Technical data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, action timestamps.
- Legal entity or sole proprietor details, if signing up on their behalf.
3. Purposes of processing
- Registration and identification of the user in the service.
- Delivery of services under the Terms of service and the Public offer.
- Settlements, invoicing, generating closing documents.
- Notifying you about service status, plan changes, and updates.
- User support on service-related questions.
- Meeting the requirements of Russian law.
4. Actions performed with the data
The Operator may perform the following actions on personal data: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (sharing, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — both with and without the use of automated tools.
5. Sharing with third parties
The Operator may share personal data with third parties only to the extent required to deliver the service:
- Payment aggregator / acquiring bank — for processing payments.
- Hosting provider (located in the Russian Federation) — for data storage.
- Government authorities under a lawful request.
6. Duration of consent
Consent is valid from the moment the user registers for the service and until it is withdrawn. To withdraw consent, send a written request to info@etochat.bot.
After consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing the data and deletes it within 30 calendar days, except for data the Operator is required to keep under Russian law (for example, tax records — for 5 years).
7. Confirmation
By registering for the service and clicking "Sign up", the user confirms that they:
- Have read this Consent in full.
- Understand the meaning of their actions.
- Are acting voluntarily and in their own interest.
- Confirm that the data they have provided is accurate.
