Accept payments with YooKassa

Connect YooKassa to your chatbot

   Open “Payments” → “Connection”

   Open “Payments” → “Connection” in your bot’s menu. There are four providers; the one that is enabled takes payments.

   Choose YooKassa

   Choose the YooKassa card. It supports sole traders, companies and self-employed people in Russia. Self-employed people must issue their own receipts in “Мой налог” (Russia’s My Tax app).

   Enter your shopId and secret key

   In your YooKassa account, open “Интеграция” → “Ключи API” (Integration → API keys). To test without real charges, use the keys from a test shop.

   Set the notification address

   Copy the address into YooKassa: “Интеграция” → “HTTP-уведомления” (Integration → HTTP notifications). Select payment.succeeded, payment.canceled and refund.succeeded to record refunds in your bot too.

   Test the connection, then enable payments

   “Create a test invoice” opens checkout for 10 RUB. When the provider sends a notification, you’ll see “Payment received”. Then turn on “Accepting payments” at the top of the page.

   Receipts under Law 54-FZ, if needed

   If you use “Чеки от ЮKassa” (YooKassa’s receipt service), open “More settings” → “Send receipt data” and choose the VAT rate and item type. Before payment, the bot asks for the customer’s email so YooKassa can send a receipt. This is off by default.

   Add a product

   Open “Products & services” → “New sale” to set the name, price and delivery after payment. Sell through a keyword or a “Send invoice” block in any flow.
