  1. Photo and text — published in your channel as received
  2. Author details — their name and username so people can contact them
  3. No links — the bot rejects ads linking to websites
  4. One a day — or one an hour, one a week, or unlimited

How it works

  1. 1

    A subscriber messages your bot

They tap “Start” or send the keyword “ad”.

  2. 2

    Sends an ad

A single message with photo and text: the item, price and contact details.

  3. 3

The bot publishes it in your channel

Immediately, with no admin needed. It tells the author: “Done, your ad is published.”

    What the post looks like

A “📢 Ad” heading appears above the ad, along with the author’s name and username so buyers can contact them directly.

    Protect your channel from spam

Limit each person to one ad per hour, day or week. Ads with links are rejected, and the bot asks the author to resend without them. Usernames and email addresses are not treated as links.

Spam protection step: one ad per day and no links

FAQs

What is a submission bot?
A bot lets subscribers submit ads, news and photos to your channel. They message the bot instead of the admin, and the bot publishes their posts.
How do I make the bot a channel admin?
Channel → “Manage Channel” → “Administrators” → “Add Administrator”. Find your bot by its @username and keep the “Post Messages” permission enabled. Refresh the wizard page to see the channel in the list.
Can I review ads before publishing?
Yes. In the wizard, select a private moderators’ group instead of a channel. Ads arrive there for you to review and forward to the channel. If you publish them immediately, remove unsuitable ads like any other channel post.
How many photos can people submit?
One photo, video or file, with text, in a single message. If someone sends an album, only its first photo is published.
How much is it?
The template works on free Starter: one flow and 50 conversations per month. Plus costs 19,99 €/month with unlimited flows. Your first 3 days of Premium are free.
