Connect your chatbot to
Bitrix24
The bot creates a lead or deal in Bitrix24 with a contact, including the customer’s name, phone and message. Returning customers are found by phone or email.

How it works
- 1
A customer sends a request
On Telegram, Instagram or your website—triggered by a keyword or at any step in a flow.
- 2
The bot creates a lead or deal
Your settings decide: a lead for you to review, or a deal straight into your pipeline.
- 3
Your team sees it in Bitrix24
With the customer’s message, the channel and a link to the conversation.
How to connect Bitrix24 to your chatbot
In your dashboard:Add-onsIntegrationsBitrix24
-
1
Open “Add-ons” → “Integrations”
In the bot menu, open “Add-ons” and choose “Integrations”. You’ll find four services: amoCRM, Bitrix24, Google Sheets and GetCourse.

-
2
Choose Bitrix24
Open the “Bitrix24” card. You’ll need your portal’s inbound webhook URL.

-
3
Paste the inbound webhook URL
In Bitrix24, open “Applications” → “Developer resources” → “Common use cases” → “Other” → “Inbound webhook”. Select “CRM” permissions and also “Users” if you want to choose a responsible person. Copy the webhook URL.

-
4
Choose what to create
A lead is a request for you to review. A deal goes straight into your chosen pipeline and stage. Choose the responsible person from your portal’s team.

-
5
Add the “Lead or deal in Bitrix24” block
In the flow builder, open “CRM & spreadsheets”. The title, name, phone, email and note are already filled with variables. You can set an amount or choose to create a deal instead of a lead for a particular flow.

-
6
Check the connection
“Send a test lead” creates a lead or deal in Bitrix24, with a link to open it. “Recent sends” shows every request, when it was sent and whether it reached the service.
